How to write a memorable farewell email to your colleagues

When I left one of my jobs I made a farewell video. I was fairly known for taking photos and sometimes even jumped in to help with official video or photoshoots so I compiled all of the events and good times the department had together and played the photo slide show her team at my farewell celebration.
